I’m Rebecca, a Kiwi living in Australia with a vast movement and professional working background! I have always valued my health but I have had experiences where I’ve felt tightly wound by nutrition and training and on the opposite side had no structure or priorities. 

Whether it’s from moving countries, dance training, becoming a PT, competing in Olympic Lifting, or totally changing roles to working in an office. In all these scenarios I’ve had to adopt new schedules, training, eating, and work-life balance regimes. I’ve competed where my social life felt restricted, where training and nutrition meant everything and I’ve worked where my social life was the priority and training took a back seat. So I know what it's like to be tightly wound by training and nutrition but also have completely no structure or priorities. 

With my 24 years of movement experience and 9 years of coaching I’ve built habits that have stayed with me and helped me confidently tackle each new obstacle in my life. Yay!

It hasn’t all been sunshine and rainbows though - I’ve put on weight, lost self-confidence, judged myself, bullied myself, and wondered where when it went out the window? I’ve had to re-implement habits again and yo-yoed through being content with myself or sadly, even disapproving. 

Over the last few years working in various gyms in NZ and Australia, I’ve coached women in similar boats, who have moved countries, changed jobs, and felt they lost sight of who they are or where they want to be. We have looked at training, nutrition, and what ultimately it feels like to have work-life balance. We’ve gradually implemented habits that have given them the tools to lead their best life and give confidence in any new situation that comes up.

So I decided it was time I created Align Coaching, an individualised one-to-one online coaching program where I could help women feel their deserving confident selves, feeling like they could take any new obstacle, and ultimately help them lead a happier and more fulfilling life!

I believe if we slowly build strong habits around our specific needs, we then have tools and confidence to tackle any new obstacles that come up and STOP living in the yo-yoing self-loathing fashion!
