I’m Rebecca, the founder of Align Coaching. I created Align Coaching for women who are looking to progress their careers and look after their health.


I’ve moved countries, I’ve changed jobs, worked in a gym and an office. I’ve trained competitively and danced professionally. All these experiences I’ve had to ensure I had strong habits in place to adapt to these changes so I could continue getting the most out of my life! I don’t feel any women should feel they have to sacrifice their health and values for their job and so if we work to create strong habits you can be ready to tackle any obstacle. So I created Align Coaching to help just that!
